Where can you reduce clutter in your life?

In my head. I tend to remember things, over-think, and over-worry. I keep telling myself that things will work out the way they should. It always does. But, that does not stop the worrier parts of my brain from overworking itself and as a direct result me as well. And the memory. It is the worst. I remember minute details from so long ago, sometimes I feel its just my imagination. But, I know its the truth, and that’s where the problem lies.

In your growing-up years, memory is a good thing. You need to remember the answers to the questions you will be asked in the examinations. And in that situation, memory is super awesome. But, what happens when you go through trauma, abuse perhaps or physical trauma in an accident? What do you do then with the memories. It just does not go, and it does not let you enjoy your life. You remember, then you over-think so you don’t experience it again, and then you over-worry because you are worried you will experience it anyway. So, memory or remembering things, sometimes is not just as awesome as its made out to be. And this is the only reason why I would love for a way to reduce clutter in my head. Remove some of these memories so I don’t have to over-think and consequently over-worry.
